As a trainer of new hires at my employer Im given the opportunity to recreate in low-spirited themes or teams on a daily basis. Working in groups poses its challenges for myself being that Im a strong grease oriented learner. This leads me to want to get to the end goal without more than distractions. During the recent piddling groups I have participated in I tend to take the lead on the project or task to experience that everything gets done on time and without flaws.
